The Bay St. George Coalition to End Violence is a community-based organization working together to build safe and healthy communities.
To mark Elder Abuse Awareness Day, the coalition will host a special event entitled Celebrating Our Seniors from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at the Royal Canadian Legion in Stephenville.
The event will include lunch and entertainment. To register, please call the Women's Centre at 709-643-4444 or contact the centre by e-mail.
The deadline for registration is June 5.
